Is this the first time all three of us have been together on a Snapcast? This is the first time.
Jordan:
No, it's not actually.
Kevin:
Are you sure?
Jordan:
Yeah, because Alban and I recorded the first one by ourselves.
Kevin:
Right.
Jordan:
And then you felt left out, and then you were in the next one and we did the all three of us.
Alban:
Yeah, so that Jordan said that means that it's just. This is the first time. Yeah.
Kevin:
The second one was just me and Jordan.
Jordan:
I forgot about that.
Kevin:
I thought Alban was there no he wasn't. And then you did one with Priscilla, and now here we are with all three of us.
Jordan:
Whoa, this is a special one then.
Kevin:
It feels like a lot of people for a short episode.
Jordan:
It does. That's probably why we've only done two yeah.
Alban:
This is actually a reverse episode. Kevin's prepared stuff, Jordan and I are just reacting. There's no, there's no outline.
Kevin:
Well, I'm excited to record next week because we're going to be dropping a new feature in Buzzsprout and I really hope we don't ever do this because deadlines are scary but we are scheduled to be done with this and at least having it rolled out, you know, to a portion of our customers. We think we're going to roll it out through the iOS app first and then from there we'll roll it out to desktop and let everybody use it. But that's supposed to. The schedule says it will deploy next Thursday. Our episode drops Friday, so I think on our next episode we can talk about this feature.
Jordan:
Oh my gosh.
Kevin:
And so I thought it'd be fun for snapcast, since we never do this. We never tease features yeah but now people have um from today, which is friday, until we record on tuesday. What I think would be fun for everyone to do is guess what you think that feature is going to be such a good idea, right, this is a fun, a fun game.
Jordan:
Yes, I like this.
Alban:
Can I give a hint?
Jordan:
No, you can't give a hint.
Alban:
It's not like a big hint, like a little hint, a little hint.
Jordan:
You know what's going to happen is people are going to be reaching out with these really cool features that maybe we should have.
Alban:
Well, great, We'll just put them on the list. That would be the worst. Somebody's like they put one in. We're like, ooh, we should have been building that for years.
Kevin:
That would be wonderful. We need new ideas all the time.
Jordan:
That's true.
Kevin:
But I do want to put some parameters around it because I don't want you know these things can get out of hand. So I think we should only accept guesses through our text line. So you have to text in your answer. So go down to the show notes right now and right at the top of the notes. We'll put it at the top where it says text the show or something like that. You got to tap that, send in your guess of what you think the feature is going to be.
Jordan:
That's perfect.
Kevin:
And then I'm wondering should we do a, should we do a prize?
Alban:
Ooh, sure what's the prize? I don't know. You gotta make it big, be big.
Kevin:
How about like? Medium, like a medium price like an extra large puffy jacket a buzzsprout jacket, a buzzsprout koozie.
Alban:
That's not great. Um, the only thing I would ask is that it not be a physical item that I have to send. Uh, Kevin and I Jordan, you don't maybe not know this we used to do like more physical giveaways until somebody sent us his address and he was in a third world country and part of the address was like two blocks past the railroad station on the left, go down the dirt road, Like that was the address, and nobody we sent it to could get it to him, and so we ended up just being like here's your gift. It's like I think I was on sending him money in PayPal eventually.
Jordan:
Yeah.
Alban:
But it's hard to send stuff around the world.
Jordan:
It is, it's really hard.
Kevin:
Okay, all right, I'll do it like this. I'll say the first person to text us with the correct answer, I will credit your Buzzsprout account with a free month. So, whatever you're paying for your current plan, I'll just go in there and I'll add that amount to your wallet.
Jordan:
Does that include if they're subscribed to Magic Mastering and co-host?
Kevin:
Yeah, I'll look at their invoices and whatever they pay on a monthly basis, I'll drop that amount in their wallet.
Jordan:
Very nice.
Kevin:
And then if we don't get anybody who guesses it correctly? We will just go through between the three of us and we'll choose the best guess the best one, that the one that we should have been building. That's what we'll, yeah, or maybe the next thing we're gonna build, the best of the guesses and the same prize will apply. Sound like a good plan all right, that sounds great all right.
Kevin:
